Staff was great, hotel bar/restaurant was excellent. King bed room was decent sized, bathroom could've been a little bigger but not much of an issue for a short stay. Definitely a property I would stay at next time I'm in Eugene.

The decor is 100% Oregon Ducks. Fun atmosphere and friendly staff. The breakfast was good and the bar was fully stocked and well run. I’d say 5 stars but some of the room decor was tired.

Fantastic place except for plumbing. Toilet took three times to flush and still needed the plumber—he was fast. Low shower pressure. Rickety faucets. Really only thing between them and 5 stars. Valet and staff are fantastic. Beautiful views, unbeatable location.

During the past 4 years of our daughter's time at the University of Oregon, the Graduate hotel is far and away the best hotel we have stayed at. Its central to everything. Its quiet, clean and a little quirky. We have relished every stay. A great place to rest our heads.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Room was dirty! There was dark hair on the outside of the tub, hair inside the tub. There was hair on the towels, and long blonde hairs all over the sink counter. Also wet spots on the floor near tub which I assume was urine. The carpet area had a couple of nickel-sized crusty spots which were not stains. I dug the toe of my shoe in them and they scraped off. So who knows what was on the carpet. Bed was comfy, staff was great!
