Beautiful style home with inviting common spaces, great shared bathroom amenities, comfortable mattress in River Room ( though sagged a bit), and wonderful location on quiet street just off the River Path.
We were the only ones on the property so it was quiet. This beautiful old house is designed with bicycle storage and has a full kitchen, but no TV. The bed was quite comfortable and the bath/shower/tub were nice. We enjoyed our stay.
I can't say enough about the view, the beautiful home, and the access to the river! What's not to love!?? The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
Being oregon ducks season ticket holders?? We will be back!
Ample room size with several pots and pans available in the kitchen to fix your own meals. Shared bathroom was also large. Towels and some convenience items available (I.e. cotton balls, hair ties) were nice attention to detail. Thank you for the room.
Clean and creative. It was well priced in a very nice location.
The set up was odd, but not necessarily bad. It would have benefitted greatly from a small microwave, a tv and less noise from the upstairs guests.

We drove from California/Santa Barbara. Rented this on a whim. When we got there, we found it to be Super cute. We rented the black-and-white room. There were other rooms rented, but they had their own private bathrooms. I didn’t realize we weren’t gonna have our own when I rented it. But we didn’t see anybody else on the floor where we were so we didn’t have to share bathrooms with anybody. But we did meet a lady downstairs the next morning who told us about the river. We took our coffee and sat by the river. It was so peaceful and Beautiful. The he rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Convenient Kitchen with coffee/tea makers, etc..
I was kind of worried at first because I am disabled. But I made it up there. The bed was very comfortable as well.
Will rent again.
The owners of the property were very unorganized. We got access to the room and then they changed the entry code on us twice. Very strange unsettling and strange environment. We were not comfortable at all, especially after they changed the access codes. So we just had to get a different room! I would not recommend this place!
I stayed before and loved it however the 2nd trip was hugely disappointing. There was no hot water for the entirety of my stay nor any reasonable effort to troubleshoot or offer some type of compensation for the diminished experience. I was there on business and needed a hot shower. There is no one on-site to address concerns and off-site response was, forgive the pun, lukewarm. They just became unresponsive. I had planned to be a frequent flyer but the customer service ended it for me.
