“Property is managed by Arbio, with no reception, but all information for check-in is sent via email, and we had no problems - their step-by-step check-in procedure was very concise. The property is in a great location for discovering Hamburg - right next to the train line, but with no noise from the trains. There is a supermarket right downstairs, and 2 more within 10 minutes walking. There are also many dining options nearby, but we utilised the excellent kitchen in the apartment. The 3 of us...

“We lost our train and could not check in before 6pm, they allowed us to check in late it was amazing. But I believe they need to comunicate that the place where they want u to check-in at is almost 40 min walking from the property. Also, there were no buses so we had to walk all the way to the train station with our suitcases. Besides the transportation issue, it was super clean and beautiful.”
