Terrible experience. Don't booked

We booked this hostel more than a month ago and arrived around 8 PM after a one-hour drive from San Sebastián. The parking lot was closed, and when my husband walked to the door, he found it locked. He knocked, but no one answered. Suddenly, a guest from a nearby window informed us that the owner had gone out and that he was alone there (with no other guests). The guest suggested we call the numbers posted on the door. We called, but nobody answered. I immediately canceled our reservation through Hotels.com, and they informed me that a refund would be processed. We had to search for another place to stay at that late hour, which obviously meant we had to pay twice for accommodation. I think this kind of option shouldn’t be offered at all So choose another option

Solo estuve una noche, fui a los San Fermines y solo utilice la habitación durante 4 horas para poder descansar un poco!! Era una habitación con dos camas y una de ellas las sábanas estaban sucias, el baño no tenía jabón para poderte duchar!

Petit hôtel attenant à un bar restaurant. L’accueil se fait au bar. Nous regrettons le fait que le restaurant n’étais pas ouvert ce soir la, mais nous n’étions que deux chambres occupées à l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est disponible sur place pour 5€ comprenant 1 boisson chaude, un jus d’orange frais, et soit un pintxo soit dès toast salé ou sucré. Personnel très arrangeant. Je recommande

No es un sitio lujoso, pero la relación calidad-precio es excelente, las camas cómodas, la habitación de un tamaño correcto y la ducha con fuerza. El personal encantador y los alrededores espectaculares

Mucho frío

La habitación muy bien, pero muchísimo frío. Los radiadores estaban cerrados desde ha saber cuando, encendieron la calefacción a las 5 de la tarde y más vale que me di cuenta q los radiadores estaban cerrados al llegar y para cuando encendieron la calefacción ya los tenía abiertos antes de que entenderían, pero la habitación no llegó a ser confortable nunca. Por lo demás como era solo para pasar una noche pues bien.... Pero deberían tener cuidado con las calefacciones porque en el monte en pleno invierno....llegas de andar por el monte con frío y lo q necesitas es un sitio acogedor para descansar, no tener q ponerte más ropa para poder estar en la habitación.

Me gustaría que pusieran un poco mas de iluminación, cuando llegas tarde en ella noche la puerta esta cerrada con un tornillo y hay mucha oscuridad, solo se enciende la luz de la entrada del Hostel cuando estas cerca.

Las personas muy amables y te ofrecen ayuda en la ruta y sitios para ver. Alojamiento adecuado para hacer rutas en coche por que todo se encuentra mucho mas cerca. Tuvimos dos habitaciones y un baño. Hay que llevarse secador de pelo.

Buena habitación familiar pero se calienta mucho

La habitación bien, cómoda con dos habitaciones separadas por el baño y cada habitación con su TV. Sin minibar. Lo malo es que nos tocaron 2 días muy calurosos y al ser la habitación abuhardillada se calentaba muchísimo. Pasamos mucho calor. Sin ventilador ni aire acondicionado. Los exteriores (alrededor de las ventanas, balcones…) no estaban muy limpios, muchas telarañas. El restaurante muy bien, buena comida y con un jardín grande con mesas pero sin servicio de terraza.

Chambre prélevée par hotels.com, mais chambre non réservée à notre arrivée. Après plus de 30’ de discutions avec l’agent d’accueil, on a fini par nous trouver une chambre de dépannage avec un lit et un canapé à la place de trois lits. Sur le site l’hôtel annonce la climatisation dans les chambres, c’est faux. Nous avons dû dormir les fenêtres ouvertes sous une chaleur étouffante avec le bruit des voitures incessant. Nous voulions partir de bonne heure, petit déjeuner annoncé à partir de 8h. Le personnel arrive tranquillement à 8h20 sur place. Bref nous sommes partis sans déjeuner.

Hotel recién remodelado, con gusto, está un poco alejado del pueblo (hay que coger el coche), pero tiene aparcamiento y buen restaurante así que no hay problema, muy buen precio
