The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English. “Sin duda un gran hotel con muy buenas instalaciones. Su único defecto es que esta lejos del centro, sin embargo con los pases de transporte público de cortesía que dan, eso queda resuelto. El 7o piso Heaven, es una delicia. Con todo lo necesario para pasar un rato increible en el vapor, sauna o camas de descanso. Sin duda una gran opción.”
