“We’ve stayed here before and always been happy. The rooms are well equipped, well priced and centrally located. However, they have now switched to an online check in where you receive your room number and an access code prior to arrival. We arrived after a long day to find the access code didn’t work so we couldn’t get int our room. There were no staff on site. There is a phone number to call in case of any issues…..we rang that, were told someone would be with us within a few minutes. 10...

“Expensive for room only, paid £222. Room in need of update and maintenance. Could not get TV on without entering my email address. The room was on the ground floor behind the pub and very noisy until all guests left about 11.30”
