Pensiones en Estreito da Calheta

“Pros: * Amazing location with beautiful views. * Generous room sizes. * Well-catered breakfast spread. Cons: * Lack of Hospitality: For a 5-star property where we booked a premium room, the service fell far short of expectations. Front desk staff were constantly glued to their screens, failing to make eye contact or acknowledge guests passing by or waiting. * Inefficient Service: Simple tasks like printing an invoice meant standing in front of staff for up to 30 minutes while they stared at...

Only downside was the laundry machine and dryers were very small and even after drying for an hour our clothes were still wet. Overall, I would stay again but don’t depend on the laundry facilities being fast. 😅”
