Staff was so friendly and helpful. This is a great location for visiting Rocky Mountain National Park and we would definitely stay here again. Close to restaurants and downtown area, has a great view of the lake and we loved the outdoor patio with fire pits for soaking up the scenery/sunsets.

Clean, comfortable rooms that were very convenient to RMNP and downtown Estes Park. Not the fanciest place, but it was fine and affordable. Enjoyed the free coffee and tea that was available 24 hours a day.

Our stay was good overall. Donovan at the front desk was terrific! The property offered some fun things to do like the arcade and the lobby area was very nice. Our room could have used a little tidying. Looked like post remodel dust and splashes of something on the bathroom door were overlooked. Beds were comfortable and clean.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Appreciated the comfortable mattress in the room; helped get a good nights rest each day. Being able to get breakfast at the hotel was convenient. Breakfast is served from 6 am to 2 pm each day with a variety of choices. The only downside is the property is dated and could use some updating.
