It was a great place to stay! The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the river!
Our room(s) were great. We actually stayed in two different rooms during our stay and both were wonderful.
We had a bit of trouble with the electronic locking system, but the manager was extremely helpful and responded quickly to resolve the issue. We were very pleased with the accommodations and the responsive staff.
This is the place to stay when visiting Estes Park.
Everything was very nice except that the stove didn’t work. But the bed and living and dining areas were cozy. I especially enjoyed the large windows and balcony overlooking the river.
Excellent accommodations and guest service! Provided texts with all the details we needed to find the driveway, our room access details and responded right away to questions about the amenities. The kitchenette had everything which was wonderful for us to have home cooked breakfast /coffee before early days of hiking. The rooms were cozy and comfortable with fireplace , deck, and lodge themed decorations. Clean and quiet for a restful sleep. Staff was friendly. I will be back when the mountains call again!
Great for my husband and me and our grown daughter while in Estes, bc she could use the couch bed pullout. There is a portable cooler available which helps in the summer. The host was so friendly. Love the stream:)
This was our third stay here - we love the location right on the river and close to park entrance. The hot tub is great, and the balconies overlooking the river are a favorite.
The property, and especially our room, was breathtaking. I loved being able to have a fire going in our room while we listened to the river flowing right off our balcony. Staff was friendly and room was clean! The only things that were a little annoying were the screen on our balcony door was barely intact, lock for the balcony door handle was secured onto a broken door trim, and while the walls were beautifully soundproofed, we could hear every movement from our neighbor above us.
We had a wonderful time at the lodge! Our room faced the river and we were able to listen to rushing water all night! Very relaxing. The room was spacious , clean and comfortable. If is also super close to Rocky Mountain National Park a huge plus!
We had a great stay. Loved this place. Very peaceful. Owner was friendly and responsive. Great location. Will plan to stay here again next time we are in Estes Park
Loved the rustic feel of the room. The balcony with the view of the river was fantastic. Close to RMNP.
Going to sleep hearing the water was so peaceful! Will definitely be staying here next time.
We enjoyed our stay here very much. The staffs are wonderful. They baked tasty cookies every day. Our room has a large patio with furnitures right next to the Fall River. It’s really soothing listening to the water every day after a hard hike. The lodge is a few minutes drive to downtown Estes Park so it pretty quiet yet convenient for shopping and restaurants. Inside the unit, everything is very clean. Overall, enjoyed our stay here.

Great location but lacks in parking
Great location to most everything is Estes Park. The downfalls. The parking situation. Twice all 10ish spots were taken and we had to park at a neighboring lodge and walk in the middle of the night.
We stayed in the beautiful Ponderosa Room with a private hot tub and wood burning stove. Everything you need is there - sink, mini fridge, stove. Staff was great and Estes Park is a great town to visit.
