No on site staff however the staff was extremely helpful via text and phone calls if needed. The property is beautiful, right along a creek and close to the downtown and national park. I loved the outdoor seating along the creek with views of surrounding mountains. The rooms were decently clean and well decorated. Overall highly reccomend!

We left the location next to the river! The cabins were cute and we really liked the restaurant on site and was only a little over a 1 mile drive to downtown Estes Park. Would definitely stay there again!

The resort is in a convenient location. The room was relatively clean, but needed deep cleaning in the bathroom. The staff was super helpful and great at communicating via email. Unfortunately , the walls are paper thin and you could hear everything inside and outside.

I chose this place as a surprise for my daughter’s “35th” Birthday. It was a surprise during our vacation. We loved the rustic theme of the room w/ cedar walls & decor. The easy check-in was helpful. Bed was comfy. The river runs in front of the place with a sidewalk to take a walk. Very enjoyable. We will definitely be back again.

The stay was awesome. Loved the room and the staff were very helpful. Only thing is Expedia site stated there was an outdoor pool which is why we booked this particular stay and there was no pool.

Check in was confusing as instructions went in my junk mail but once I figured that out it went ok. Parking was convenient almost right outside the room. Pool was not usable but didn't matter to me. Adjacent restaurant was awesome. Location was super convenient. Room was clean. Overall dated but quaint. Wanted to stay there again our way home but they were booked.

We had a great time staying at Nicky’s Resort. They were prompt in responding to our messages and the provided clear instructions for self check-in. The room was spacious, neat and well maintained. Parking in the premises was very convenient. The proximity of this property to the Rocky Mountain national park helped us plan our hikes in the park better. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Estes Park, CO.

The cabin was updated a little since our last stay but needs lots of maintenance and attention. Shower handle falls off, had to call for a kitchen chair that was busted up, burned out light bulbs, only two pots and small, no spaghetti pot, only one bowls for cereal, silverware very sporadic. Not great but we made due. Clean, beds and pillows comfy. Two overstuffed chairs look like they were pulled from a junk yard.

Clean units, outdated bedding and bed, cute set-up. Nice that the restaurant is right there. The outdoor pool was closed, which was disappointing, and there's no staff onsite that we saw. But a good stop in Estes Park as we traveled thru RMNP on to Steamboat.

Clean room. Excellent amenities. Very responsive staff. Seamless check-in and out. Located on the way to the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance (three miles away). One suggestion: It would be even better to send out check-in instruction and door code one day ahead of check-in day, if requested, to reduce the traveler's stress. :=) Overall, a fantastic choice for a stay in the area.

This is a charming property, used to work here in the early 80s and went to high school with the original proprietor’s children. The property is so beautiful and laid back, our room was quaint yet updated. Very comfortable bed, a great gas fireplace, and abundant wildlife all around. We will definitely stay here again. Expect to be mostly self-sufficient; rooms are entered via key code and there is no front desk. No snack machines on the premises. Restaurant seems nice but we didn’t eat there. The attached pub was busy and patrons were enjoying themselves on the large deck right next to the Big Thompson River.

The resort is conveniently located very close to the park. The staff were extremely helpful and promptly resolved an issue with the carbon monoxide detector. The room was clean, and the checkout process was quick and straightforward.
