This is a terrific property. Incredibly clean. Incredibly well furnished and very comfortable with a great jacuzzi in unit, and shared hot tub on deck, shared only by a few rooms. The surroundings are amazing.

We had black bear cabin and when we walked in, it smelled of cedar it was immaculately cleaned, and you could hear the water flowing over the rocks. The hot tub was wonderful up and running when we got there overall great experience highly recommend.

We loved our stay at The Inn of Fall River. We stayed in Bear Cabin. It was absolutely perfect. Right on the water, hot tub was clean and lovely, and the cabin was stocked with all the necessities. They even left us some coffee and coffee filters. This place is also very convenient to town and to the RMNP. I highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed the location very much as the property is right next to the river and two miles from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. The owner at the front desk was friendly. We did not like the bed as it was very firm and uncomfortable. We shared this with the owner We also thought the kindling provided for the fireplace was not enough to start a fire in the fireplaces. We hope this part of the property will be renovated and we will consider staying there again.
