Itwas hot as the fires of hell- the property managers did not clarify in their description of the property there is no air. It did not begin to cool off until midnight, and the fact that the windows cannot be left open until tenants arrive contributes to the problem. Further, it is not a safe situation for single women, which thankfully we did have a grown man in our party. The amazingly creepy basement had an unlocked window, so we spent some time attempting to ensure there was no one hiding in the house. And then to sleep with unsecured windows in a strange environment.
In terms of dog friendly - If I had brought my dog, I would not have felt safe letting him in the yard- it was not mowed, 2 feet high of weeds, and looked like a tick hazard, as well as a certain thing to have to groom stickers out of his coat. The deck overlooks a construction site. The bed linens were mismatched and stained. one bedroom was very pretty and the other a large cot. Not a pleasant experience all around.
