Location near the park entrance was great. Rooms were fine, cozy even. However, the hotel missed the mark on service/hospitality. I showed up an hour early and was basically shooed away. I would have been happy to pay extra for the early check in but they never even asked. In fact they never even asked my name. And then when I was finally allowed to check in, I had to use self service check in kiosks that were cumbersome and annoying.
