Could do a lot better

Cleanish room with a cockroach visitor one night, vary bare furnishings no water or tea /coffee in a welcome pack like we used to get. Staff offered to spray apartment. Beds like campbeds small and hard. Pool very good staff very nice and helpful.

Ona Club Benavista*****

Only here for a short two night stay, but will definitely come back again. The location was perfect for us. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Welcome pack of coffee etc. was very much appreciated. The facilities, pools/gardens were beautiful & looked to be well maintained. More bars & restaurants than you could shake a stick at on the doorstep. Would highly recommend here for families, or groups of friends.

The stay was ok, basic but functionable apartment. On arrival i had to ask for clean bedding as the pillows has hairs and the sheets were dirty. But the office manager was great, and replaced them immediately, very good service from the office manager. On our last day, cleaning staff came into the apartment at 0845 without knocking. We were still in our underwear, and the children were still sleeping. This was a bit off, as checkout isn't until 10am. They should not be entering apartment's during occupancy without knocking first.

Vi kommer tillbaka!

Vi trivdes väldigt bra på boendet. Bra AC! Kylskåp med frysfack så kunde köpa många glassar till barnen. Stor uteplats med bord, stolar. Solstolar att ha på gräsmattan utanför altanen som var vår egna. Poolerna var bra. Väldigt nära Mc Donalds vilket var perfekt med barn. Restaurangen precis utanför har fotbollsplan och lekplats, mycket barnfamiljer men inget stoj. Tar ca 8min gå till stranden där det är bra promenadväg och stenig strand. Mysig kvällspromenad. Supermarket nära och fler restauranger. Stor Supermercado 10min bort där det finns allt!

Aldrig set noget så elendigt

Værelserne var i meget dårlig stand . Mug i alle hjørner møblerne var gamle og beskidte med pletter fugt og mug i toiletterne gulvene var plettet og manglede rengøring Regnvandet kom ind under hoveddøren da vi ankom så vi var ved at glide i vandpytten jeg vil fraråde at nogen skulle vælge dette hotel

Bei Ankunft überall schmutzig. Ein Wechsel in ein anderes Hotel der gleichen Kette wurde uns untersagt. Am Tag vor Weihnachten ist die Sicherung durchgebrannt. Alles im Kühlschrank, samt Weihnachtsessen konnten wir am nächsten Tag entsorgen.

Stor lägenhet och stor fin trädgård !

Blev positivt överraskad av den stora trädgården. Samt den stora lägenheten. Men ett stort minus var att det var mycket små myror som kom in i köket vid köksbänken och vid spisplattan. Även utanför nedanför köksfönstret. Detta måste ni sanera innan nästa gäst kommer. För övrigt trivsam vistelse.
