Pleasantly surprised by the whole stay.

I had a problem with checking in. I made the hotel reservations before arranging our different tours; but due to conflicting tour schedules, 3 different check-ins were necessary. Double checking, I checked on one particular one, was informed there is no such reservation. I gave the confirmation and itinerary number and it still could not be found. I was told to call Expedia and make another reservation although the hotel was fully booked and the probability of getting 2 double beds was nil and my roommate and I would probably get a hide-a-bed and a double bed. After a few minutes, I went to another person at the desk and actually showed the confirmation and itinerary number which was located with my nickname and correct last name. My point is what is the use of a confirmation number or itinerary number if they can't be used to check existing reservations? Despite all the above, everything else (breakfast and room) were very good. As far as amenities go, the body get was missing and a small sample was in its place. But it was replaced with the proper size on the 3rd night.
