The property was extremely clean & well kept! The Amenities were amazing! I just didn’t think the instructions were explained well enough. As far as the key pad logging in Exactly where to bring the garbage & the parking. If the instructions were clearer the property would have been exceptional! I would definitely book the property again!

2 times stay, check in was smooth, great communication with host. I enjoyed my stay.

I’m disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Upon entering my room, I noticed fresh period/blood stains on the bedding sheets, which was extremely concerning and unacceptable from a cleanliness and hygiene standpoint. I immediately brought the issue to the attention of the front desk receptionist, expecting the matter to be handled professionally and with concern. Unfortunately, instead of receiving a courteous response, I felt that the receptionist became defensive and dismissive toward me when I reported the issue. I understand that mistakes can happen, but cleanliness and guest safety should be a top priority, and concerns like this should be handled with professionalism and respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that housekeeping and front desk staff are properly addressing situations like this in the future. Based on this experience, I would expect much better standards from a hotel of this level.
