Vacations Close To J.S. Dorton Arena

My partner and I arrived a few hours before check in and was pleased when they said we could check in early after a redeye flight. I was told it would be $40, I agreed, but later saw on the website that early check in is only $10. I had booked a king suite and was given an ADA room with 2 beds. It would have been nice to have been informed that the room was different so I could choose to wait for the room I booked. The refrigerator didn't work and I didn't realize until my food was already room temp and had to be thrown out, The shower was small, and there was a questionable brown smudge on the bathroom door. I chose this hotel for the fact they have a hot tub as several in the area don't. However, the hot tub was cold the entire 4 days I was there, and I brought it up on day 1. It was a decent location to the areas we were going to be visiting, but I would not stay again.

Julius was excellent as usual and the bellman was great too.

Booked this stay for my daughter’s surgery, arrived to a filthy room. Fresh stains on comforter, sliding glass door absolutely filthy, headboards were greasy looking like they were never wiped off, carpet dirty, and hair on bathroom floor along with something smeared on the floor. I have stayed at courtyards in the past and never had this bad of an experience. I did not feel comfortable bringing my daughter back here after surgery so we left & chose to stay somewhere else.
