Vacations Close To Calsonic Arena

Home 2 suites are designed really well with all the necessary amenities. This hotel is well maintained, staff was friendly and helpful. Love the free shuttle to downtown.

Staff was exceptional from valet to reception! Common areas were very well maintained and we were treated like valued guests our entire trip! Loved location as just 10-20 min ride to most points of intrest. Room booked was Executive King just so we had separated spaces for 5 night trip. Couch was not even slightly comfortable for lounging. Thin cushions on sleeper couch not ideal. Floors could have been cleaner and towel refresh/larger trash can or additional bags would be suggested with no housekeeping the entire stay. Some sort of covering for balcony door/entry to assist with privacy from office buildings (and to help with temperature control/tv viewing) highly recommended. Breakfast offerings very poor and in my opinion should just be removed. We have stayed at multiple properties within this company and found it to be embarrassing and unhygienic (shared condiment jars/bottles over individual servings) with even a glass of ice or water no where to be found. Juice and coffee station, cold pan of wet unheated egg product and open container yogurt cart with option to toast bread/bagels then used shared cross contamination jars do not make for a useful amenity. Ice on each floor or even wayfind on 2nd floor to make it easily found/ accessible as gym, pool, atm, etc. Small touch but after walking entire 2nd floor to finally find it behind an unlabled door is dificult with a walking handicap. Recap: Stay for staff, not amenities.
