Vacations Close To Cross Insurance Center

Great parking and easy access to the interstate. Excellent front desk service! Room was dirty, hair in the bathroom, definitely needs a very strong cleaning and carpet was in need of replacing. Tv service was extremely basic, no major channels and guessing only 12 or so channels, 3 or 4 are Spanish. Toilet barely flushed and the tub was ankle deep in water after a 5 minute shower. Beds were well broken in but still comfortable. Nearby fast food locations is very limited. Overall disappointed with the stay.

Perfect spot

Place was small but clean. Set in pines back from road. Fun outdoor family restaurant serving seafood and other foods just a walk away. Short drive into Bar Harbor downtown. Good parking and good price for high season summertime. We would stay the ere again.

Hotel Ursa was very nice and new. Staff was helpful. Only thing I would have liked to see was longer hours from the cafe, which was only open 7am-10am.

Very clean inn! Not all the modern amenities but served our purpose well. Pretty views!

It is by far the absolute WORST hotel in Maine, maybe America. It should be condemned & the staff is soooo nasty. Our sink was falling off the wall & she said we'll I refund you but we dont care itll be booked immediately. There was a huge gap under the door because there was a bug chunk missing from it. Its horrible but its cheap. The only cheap hotel in Bar Harbor
