“One would expect a chain hotel to meet certain standards. This was not the case at the Radisson Blu Kochin:
- the service at 2 of the restaurants was very slow and inefficient: it took them 20 mins to let us know that the wine we had ordered was not available and 20 more to actually bring the drinks, that came when we were almost done with the food. We also waited 25 mins for a burger to find out that the fries were cold.
- we had to ask 2 times to get toiletries in our bathroom”

“We booked The Artiste in Kochi for four nights and ended up staying for seven because we loved it so much! The hotel is modern, comfortable, and the staff are truly exceptional. Everyone, from the team at the door to reception and the restaurant, went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
