Good place, don’t expect huge rooms

AC did not work the 1st night. Fixed for 2nd night but didn’t work well. Elevator did not work on day of check out. Checking out with luggage was stressful from the 4th floor. Staff was excellent. Breakfast has bacon.

Definitely felt scammed by the hotel listing. There was no receptionist and no way to check in early. Called the provided number about luggage storage and they said there was none, but I ended up using lockers that were clearly available. Rooms were not very clean, and were not even cleaned every day. Called about our shower not working and they said they would send someone up, but no one even came. Rooms were also quite small. On the upside, beds were comfy and large enough, and neighborhood was relatively quiet for NYC. Would still not recommend

Other than the fact the hotel was a little dated, everything else was great. Bigger than most NYC hotel rooms. Bathrooms were very spacious.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient, making it a great choice for a short stay. Although the hotel is huge, the rooms are quite small. One nice benefit is that they allow you to store your luggage after checkout if needed. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay for a few days.

The staff were great. The room was not worth the high rates. It was clear that the room had not been properly ventilated for a while. Floor boards require attention. Bathroom amenities are too fragrant for persons with allergies. Pillows were too soft. The lack of TV channel options was interesting in 2026. I don’t plan to return.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Beautiful view and the bed was comfortable! Bathroom door didn't shut completely and the window shades left a slit so I felt a bit exposed. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
