Vacations Close To Serre Chevalier Villeneuve

Tiny tiny tiny bathrooms. only one night stand at the bed. Living room and kitchen were fine. Floor was dirty, some of the dishes and silverware in the cupboard were dirty.

This is my third time staying here in the last 2 years. I really love this hotel. It’s kind of unfortunate that they do not have any sort of recognition for past guests though. Since I booked through Expedia they stuck me in the room with the worst view. Literally just the inside wall of the hotel. I get it, but also it would be nice to feel welcome after 3 stays like they have any sort of loyalty for their frequent guests. Maybe your name doesn’t get entered the same way through Expedia though I don’t know. Besides that though the room was still great, the linens are amazing, the rooms are quiet and clean and the property offers nice late night snack options which was perfect. I only had a one day layover to see a concert so it was nice to come back from the concert and get some food right at the hotel. They also offered me early check in at around noon which I appreciated, but I didn’t end up taking advantage of because I was out on the strip. They held my luggage though and were very helpful when I came back. I didn’t have to wait in a long line again to get the room key. Will stay again for sure. I will also suggest they change the Dunkin to a Starbucks it would literally be perfect then.

Check in and out took too long.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

This room gave us a very luxurious feel. With the floor to ceiling windows, 2 balconies, amazing view, comfy bed, and jetted tub with a view. Then you have a kitchen! Oh and parking is free! The pool was good, the gym was awesome! Probably one of my favorite places to stay in Vegas.

The host was not clear about housekeeping. No fresh towels/washcloths without a charge was inconvenient, especially since I didn't know beforehand. Cigarette burn in the comforter—hair in the shower. Nice view. Nice shower and jetted tub. Nice-sized space. Comfy bed.
