The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast service was good. This was my first stay and I would book this hotel for my next visit.

If you are looking to stay here and have a need for internet look elsewhere. The rooms are a good size and towels are great bu5 the WiFi is abysmal. High speed WiFi what a joke speed test 1.15 mbps yes 1.15 There is no wifi in lobby there is no wifi in breakfast and that much concrete that data signal cannot penetrate. When rises with front desk they wipe their hands of it and either say the investors will not spend money then it is the hotel is being sold nd we canno5 spend money DO NO5 STAY

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sauber, schönes Bett. An der Rezeption ging es auch zügig. Wir kommen wieder!

They were pretty great, they had an available room right in the midst of the Eurocup which was great. AC in the rooms was awesome. They were on top of things. The only negative was the lack of speedy wifi in the room.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. Man bekommt dann doch alles mit, was auf der Straße passiert. Ansonsten ist das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind angenehm ausgestattet. Ein kleiner Anstrich wäre mal wieder fällig. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und nettes Personal. Zimmer sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auf den zweiten Blick jedoch eher unsauber. Der Teppich hat mit der Zeit gelitten und ist sehr unansehnlich und fleckig. Die Wände ziemlich bekleckert, die Fensterbänke schon länger nicht mehr abgewaschen. Das Tablett auch usselig .Frühstück reichlich und lecker. 1 Nacht ok, für länger eher nochmal überdenken.

Hotel sollte in einigenDingen(Teppich,Sitzgelegnheiten usw.) ausgetauscht,gemalert werden.In punkto Sauberkeit wurde gut darauf geachtet. Aber das ist kein Ding. Personal im Keeping oder auch an der Rezeption, super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Führung sollte Stolz auf so ein Personal sein, daß mit solcher Freude dort ihre Arbeit verrichtet.

Gute Lage mit Anbindung an Autobahn A52 und ÖPNV zur Innenstadt und nach Rüttenscheid.Zimmer gut isoliert und ruhig, trotz Ausrichtung zur stark befahrenen Hauptstraße. Das WLAN war kostenlos, aber auf dem Zimmer so gut wie kein Empfang, sodass noch nicht einmal WhatsApp-Anrufe möglich waren.
