It was okay, but there seemed to be some renovation work going on at the hotel. Because of that, not all services were available. Also, breakfast wasn’t served at 7:30 – nobody was there yet. It was set up later, which made us almost late for an appointment.

Das Zimmer war leider nicht wirklich sauber, überall war Staub. Da verspricht man sich bei 4 Sternen deutlich mehr. Das frühstück war leider fürchterlich. Es war nahezu alles 1h vor dem Ende bereits weg. Am Ende haben wir 38€ für 4 aufbackbrötchen bezahlt. Auch das ist mehr als dürftig bei 4 Sternen. Wir werden es nicht mehr buchen.

Bisher waren wir immer sehr zufrieden in diesem Hotel ! Leider war das am Samstagabend beim Abendessen nicht ganz der Fall ! Die lange Wartezeit auf unser Essen hat uns sehr gestört ! 50Min. für einen Vorspeisensalat , das muss nicht sein !

Das Zimmer war frisch renoviert und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist gut mit Nespresso Maschine und Safe. Negativ ist uns der starke Farbgeruch aufgefallen, welcher wirklich unangenehm auch im Hals gereizt hat. Das Hotel wurde noch vor einigen Wochen gestrichen, leider wurde wohl nicht ausreichend gelüftet. Dies geführte dazu, dass wir mitten in der Nacht das Zimmer wechseln wollten. War aber auch kein Problem. Ansonsten hat es uns gut gefallen, Personal sehr nett, Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel liegt ca. 5 km außerhalb der City, diese ist mit Öffis aber schnell zu erreichen.

Der Check in ist ab 15 Uhr, wir sind 1:27 h früher angekommen. Das Hotel hat uns mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer bereits fertig sei, aber wenn wir gleich rein wollen, eine Gebühr von 20€ anfällt. Was bei anderen Hotels ein Gäste-Serviceleistung ist, wird hier als clevere zusätzliche Einnahmequelle (bei einem ohnehin „lagetypischen“ Preis) genutzt.
