Stadthotel mit einfacheren, aber sauberen Zimmer

Habe 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber zweckmässig möbiliert. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und gut.

Top Personal und super Preis

Parkplätze sind Nachts, bis um 10:00 Uhr kostenlos. An der Rezeption wird man Fachlich und sehr freundlich behandelt. Es wird sogar an das WiFi gedacht, dazu geht es sehr schnell. Absolutes Kompliment an den Herren, der gerade eine Dame eingewiesen hat. Top! Das Hotel geht über mehrere Stockwerke. Selbst das Treppenhaus ist ansehnlich. Der Aufzug fasst eine Person, oder vier schmale. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, und alles da was man braucht. Eine Steckdose mehr währe ratsam. Obwohl es in einem Zentrum liegt, ist es ruhig. Dazu darf man eine Zigarre im Zimmer genießen, und der Hund ist auch willkommen. Für das Geld, sehr zu empfehlen.

Zweckmässig & sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. So konnte ich am Anreisetag schon vor Uhr 14:00 meinen Koffer im Zimmer abstellen. Das Hotel ist ideal für Geschäftsreisende oder Kongressbesucher, da es direkt an der U-Bahnlinie zwischen Hauptbahnhof (4 Haltestellenentfernt)-Phiharmonie (2 Haltestellen) entfernt - Messe/Gruga-Halle liegt. Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wer jedoch Komfort sucht, ist hier verkehrt Zusammenfassend war das Hotel absolut top für meine Bedürfnisse anläßlich eines Kongressbesuches in Essen.

Schönes Hotel sehr Stadtnahm U-Bahn direkt vor der

Wir waren in der Grugahalle auch nur ein paar Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Wir haben nur 1 Übernachtung mit Frühstück gebucht und würden wiederkommen. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht....Zimmer sauber, zwar etwas aber dafür alles sauber. Fön gibt es auf Anfrage.

Zentral in Rüttenscheid - eher enttäuschend

An mancher Stelle steht hier, dass es zum Hotel einen Parkplatz gäbe - das ist nicht der Fall! Ansonsten handelt es sich um ein altes Haus, meine Begeisterung fällt mäßig aus.

Gutes Hotel, zentral gelegen.

Hotel liegt sehr zentral, Bus und U-Bahn direkt vor der Tür. Leider gibt es keine hoteleigenen Parkplätze aber einen gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz vor der Tür. Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption. Beim Frühstücksbuffet im hellen, lichtdurchfluteten Frühstücks Saal hat es an nichts gefehlt und war somit ein toller Start in Tag. Waren in einem großen Zimmer mit frisch renoviertem Bad untergebracht. Können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Enjoyable stay.

Very close to where we needed to be and close to lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. There is a handy public car park to the front which is free parking from 7.00pm until 10.00am, which was useful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel and the rooms were nice, clean and tidy, and although the reception desk closed at 8.00pm, there was always someone contactable by phone, so not a problem. The hotel, while close to everything, was quiet at night and with the very comfy beds we all got a good nights sleep. The breakfast was plentiful and un-hurried, with a good range to choose from, which suited us very well. Many thanks.

Great value and very friendly.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Amenities are basic but rate is very good value as a result. WIFI available. Breakfast is fine.
