Okay hotel - Sometimes paid parking

See previous review. I made two bookings, and paid €16 for parking for the first one, while at the second booking the next day, the parking lot was fully accessible and free of charge. Okay hotel, comfortable, and no complaints

4 star facilities hotel but with a 3 star quality

Stayed for 1 night and for us that was more than enough. To keep it as short as possible the hotel had a real maintance problem, for a 4 star hotel with friendly staff that can be a huge issue. The hotelrooms are full of dust and maintance problems. We were changed to another premium room where funny wise it was exactly the same problem. The rooms could use a big renovation in wise because you still have the feeling you are in a hotel of 70s. When I addressed this to the reception they were friendly about my remarks and tried to help where possible. But for a 4 star hotel there is a lot of work to do! I did the test of laying things everywhere the housekeeping should pass but it was noticable that even in the "welness" or at the pool, hallways and other places the things kept laying there for longer than 24h. Also why paying for breakfast when no one asked your room number. About the breakfast buffet: it would be good that the hotel put some more information about drinks and others so people with allergies know what to expect (You are a 4* hotel you should upper the standards), I think the hotel was 20 years ago a 4 star hotel today it would not fit anymore, comparing with other chains. I will send this week my findings about the big issues regarding this hotel to the chain so they can improve it.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das Finden der Zimmer ist teilweise kompliziert. Das Auswahl zum Frühstuck ist eher überschauber.

Prima hotel, goede kamer met 'connecting door'. Receptionistes goed, konden goed engels. Zwembad wat koud en aan de bar in de avond moest ik even wachten omdat er iets aan een collega werd uitgelegd. Wij waren naast 2 andere dames de enigen. De uitleg had best na de bestelling gekund.

Godt hotel

Godt hotel til en enkelt overnatning. Sovesofaen på familie værelset er dog meget hård, men det gik. Venligt personale. Dejligt med pool til en morgensvømmetur inden turen gik videre. Receptionen har åbent 24/7 så intet problem at komme sent. Kan godt anbefales.

Ein etwas älteres Hotel, gut ausgebucht mit Sportlern. Das Zimmer war klein aber sauber. Allerdings ohne Klimaanlage, daher sehr stickig. Der Balkon war nicht schön aber nutzbar. Personal beim Einchecken etwas überfordert, viele Informationen erst auf gezielte Nachfrage, ein ausgelobtes Freigetränk gab es nicht. Auschecken war gut, das Rezeptionspersonal insgesamt aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Restaurant/Bar, musste ich erst einmal lange atten, bids Personal aus der Raucherpause zurückkam. Bestellung der Speisen ging zügig von statten. Die Speisen waren sehr lecker und schön präsentiert. Getränke Nachbestellungen und bezahlen ging nur, wenn man sich selber zur Theke begab. Die Sauberkeit ist verbesserungswürdig, man kann z. B. zwischen den Gästen mal über den Tisch putzen. Als Fazit kann am sagen, dass der Aufenthalt okay war, aber am Ende leider uch nicht mehr.

Wie finden?

Aufgrund einer Baustelle war das Hotel beinahe nicht zu finden. Es gab jedoch keinerlei Beschilderung, die geholfen hätte und ein Anruf wurde eher verständnislos quittiert - war jedoch überhaupt nicht hilfreich. Der Gesamtzustand ist ok, das Zimmer war prima.

Der Pool und der Wellnessbereich entspricht nicht den Bilder im Internet. Liegen am Pool waren kaputt und schmutzig, alles ungemütlich und lieblos. Saunabereich auch ungemütlich und lieblos. Aussenbereiche waren ungepflegt und kaum Liegen. Im Saunabereich außen eine kaputte Liege und ein Stuhl !!

Für unsere Ansprüche war es absolut passend. Aber bei einem Frühstück bis 11 Uhr bereits um 9 Uhr mehrere Sachen wie Pfannkuchen, Croissants und Schokobrötchen nicht mehr zu haben ist mehr als nur schade. Der Pool hat genau unsere Erwartungen gemäß der Bilder erfüllt und die Jungs konnten sich etwas auspowern. Und die Nähe zum Movie Park waren für uns die wichtigsten Punkte.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist hervorragend, besonders für Messebesucher, da die Messe Essen nur wenige Minuten entfernt ist. Das Hotel selbst ist äußerst sauber, sowohl die Zimmer als auch die öffentlichen Bereiche waren tadellos gepflegt. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es erstaunlich ruhig, sodass ich mich gut erholen konnte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, stets hilfsbereit bei Fragen oder Anliegen. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Prima hotel voor een kort verblijf. Sauna en zwembad erg netjes, ontbijt is oké, voor het diner is het niet aan te bevelen, hele kleine beperkte kaart. Personeel is erg vriendelijk, kamers zijn netjes. Wel 10€ per dag extra voor het parkeren, dat is jammer. Er zijn laadmogelijkheden voor elektrische auto’s aanwezig.

Quase péssimo, nao recomendo

A experiencia foi quase péssima. Quartos razoavel, almofadas quese dorme melhor sem elas, aquecimento, principalmente aquecedor de toalhas nao funcionavam, hotel com spa sem robe no quarto, se o quiser terá que pagar 5€ por cada um em muito mau estado, no dia seguinte o quarto estava com 1 cheiro a esgoto, poscina que supostamente éra aquecida estaria possivelmente a uns 22° (muito pouco para 1 piscina aquecida), solarium enexistente, chuveiros de jets que mal funcinavam, sauna seca com 1 balde de agua que mais parecia de limpeza e com uma colher de pau rachada que para se deitar agua na pedra tinha de ser com o balde, a piscina éra frequentada poroessoasde fora que houve 1 momento que tivemos de partilhar a mesma com una aula de nataçao
