The rude women at the desk was there in the morning near the food and coffee machine. I pressed the coffee button and she yelled at me to continue pressing the button. Never again will we stay.

The part of espanola this hotel is in is dirty & rundown..no visible entrance to hotel. You need to take this hotel of ones to choose off the website. Hotel looks nothing like the pic.

Espanola is what you'd expect. Nice people, different vibe from Santa Fe, so if you want that, stay in Santa Fe!
