Beautiful old fashioned hacienda. Great people. Excellent food. One of my faves

Cute boutique, hotel, lacking attention to detail. Front office, staff friendly, but not terribly helpful Rooms were large, but we had no natural light Best part is a neighborhood And very nice Hart was having breakfast on the rooftop where the staff were great

The Gran Hotel is amazing! We booked a junior suite with a view of the Zocalo and truly enjoyed our room. It was our splurge for our trip. The staff is great and the room was pretty fantastic. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Amazing

It was a really nice hotel near the zocalo, so touristy area but near some major attractions, and there’s a lot if very good restaurants and street food. I’ve really a lovely hotel and Nelly, who sat at the travel assistance desk was incredibly helpful. The room Was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only reason I’m giving hotel Canada 4 stars is because I thought the breakfast food was really awful. . So book here and go somewhere else for breakfast.

Clean, spacious room, great price, and front desk was extremely helpful. I’d stay again.
