“As Lord of the Ring fans, we were excited to start our trip to Sweden in this unique “cave” or “hobbit hole”. We were very disappointed. First, when we booked the room it said towels were not included. A few days after our opportunity to cancel without penalty, they sent an updated policy to state they would not include linens or towels.
