Otel temizdi, çalışanlar da güler yüzlüydü. Konum olarak da gayet iyiydi fakat imkanlar bizce biraz kısıtlıydı, asansörde kalmamız haricinde ekstra bi şikayetimiz yok. Elektrik kesildiğinde veya asansörün çok kullanıldığı saatlerde arada böyle kalma durumları olabiliyormuş, yani böyle bi otelde bu sıkıntının bence acilen çözülmesi gerekir elektrik kesildiğinde normalde bi asansör en yakın kata bırakır ve çıkarsın fakat bi anda ışıklar komple kapandı ve ara katta kaldık hiç hoş bi deneyim değildi.. neyse ki hızlıca yardımcı olundu yardımcı olanlara ve kattaki personellere teşekkürler..panik atağı olanlara asansörü kullanmalarını tavsiye etmem:)

Evimizde gibiydik. Her şey çok güzeldi. Otel, personel, oda, kahvaltı. Bir gün kaldık. Bir daha Eskişehir’e gelirsek hiç otel araştırmadan direkt bu otele bakarım.

otel oldukça temiz ve bakımlı işlek caddenin sonunda konum mükemmel. yanında starbucks var önünde otopark var oda servisi var. kücük bir sorun yaşadık hemen çözdüler. tekrar gelsem yine burda kalırım muhteşem

2 gece konakladık. Odalar temiz ve bakımlıydı. Resepsiyonda Esra hanım bizi karşıladı. Kendisi çok güleryüzlüydü ve çok yardımcı oldu. Otel ile alakalı herhangi olumsuz bir deneyimim olmadı. Kahvaltı menüsü çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Tekrar Eskişehir'e gelirsem ilk durağım burası olacaktır.
