Not enjoyable stay at Clarion

Hotel is very tired, staff are not welcoming. Manager (In all black suit around kitchen area) seemed to walk around looking angry and very unwelcoming. Food is cheaply made, hot dog sausages in a curry is not food for a hotel of this stature. If included or not in the hotel price. Hotel rooms very tired and no headboard which reminds me of a student accomodation, not for a hotel that charges 1500 a night. Hit and miss on staff being friendly and welcoming. Not consistent.

Rymligt rum för familjen. För den känslige skulle det varit negativt att ha rummet intill dörren till garaget, den smällde en del. Men det störde inte oss det minsta!

We have chosen this hotel quite a few times now for business trips. Breakfast & dinner included which works extremely well. The food is very good. Lovely river outside and very interesting museum next door. Staff always helpful.

Mysigt

Supermysigt hotell i mysig miljö. Det var renoverat och fräscht nästan överallt. Rummet var stort och fint. Väldigt trevligt med gratis kvällsbuffé. Frukosten var bra. Trevlig personal både vid incheckning och utcheckning. Personalen vid frukosten var snabb och ett extra plus för att de gick runt och erbjöd påtår.

Fint nyrenoverat hotell

Rummet var nyrenoverat och toppenfint. Personalen var jättetrevlig och både frukost och middag var till belåtenhet. Det som inte var bra var belysning i hallen och badrummet. Hade också önskat en sminkspegel i badrummet. Tyvärr så fungerade inte wifi i vårt rum, vi påtalade detta och inget hände.

Väldigt fint och fräscht hotell. Frukost med bra utbud. Läget på hotellet är perfekt, precis bredvid ån och flera parker i närheten. Hade ett rum med flera fönster ut mot ån/stan. Skulle absolut bo där igen. Rekommenderas

Trevligt hotell med bra standard. Mycket fint rum. Kvällsmat ingick som var klart över förväntan. Tyvärr var frukosten sämre med dåligt utbud. Lax och andra "dyrare" varor fanns ej. Hemsk äggröra som troligtvis var gjord på äggpulver.

Nyrenoverat hotell i ny regi

Fint nyrenoverat hotell i ny regi - numera Home Hotel (Strawberry). Mysigt och fräscht med väldigt bra läge nära Eskilstunaån. Vårt familjerum kändes i princip helt nytt. Hotellet är inrett i murriga färger med moderna och snygga möbler. Frukosten är bra och det ingår middag i boendet vilket är uppskattat.
