The place is not like in the pictures and has bad smell and ants all over, our food was spoilt because of the ants

A very Angry customer

I did not sleep over there they were fully booked but the site approved my bookings and even paid for the night but when I got there the place was fully booked , they promise me a refund but their phones are off up until now have not received my refund. please help I need my money back.
