“La persona que nos atendió fue muy amable y nos dio todas todas las explicaciones necesarias para la estancia e indicaciones para visitar la ciudad. La habitacion muy limpia y todo estaba preparado para nuestra llegada. Lo único que hacia calor y con el ventilador no era suficiente. Deberia haber aire acondicionado.”

“My Granddaughter, Daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights before heading onto Verteillac, It really is a great little apartment to stay in. I slept on the sofa bed which was really comfortable and my daughter said that the double bed was comfortable too. The aircon was very welcome in the heat and a fan was provided for the upstairs bedroom. The facilities were very decent with a small induction hob, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. A small selection of fruit tea and coffee supplied too....

“Le studio était propre mais tout y est très vieilli et austère. Même pas un sachet de thé, pas d'interrupteur lumière à côté du lit, mal insonorisé, chauffage bruyant, personne à l'accueil un samedi à 17h... Le personnel au téléphone et sur place le matin est serviable mais on déplore que l'hôtel se passe d'un tel service humain.”

“We felt welcome right from the start, the reception staff were very helpful and the check in was very smooth. The location is excellent. Two things we didn’t like: 1- The absence of a sink in the toilet! Which meant you had to close the door with dirty hands and walk to the kitchen or the bathroom at the other end to wash your hands! 2- Even though there is air conditioning, the lowest temperature you can set it to is 22*! We found that temperature uncomfortable and found it hard to sleep.”
