“It’s important to remember it’s a hostel so the bathrooms are separate and walking distance outdoors. The rooms are clean and the staff is excellent and very helpful. We didn’t have time to eat dinner but the prices at the hostel are extremely reasonable compared to other restaurants so it’s worth eating there instead of other places. The breakfast is typical Scandinavian so think continental with yogurt, bread, fruit, lunchmeat and cheeses.”

“I’m not sure how to explain the experience. It’s not a hotel and it’s not a lodge. The place is in miserable state but it might have charming atmosphere for some. Not for me and my family. We lived among the staff ! I think the best I can say is that there was warm water and enough of it. We arrived on a very cold day ”

“The lodge was sparkling clean and of the highest standard. It had everything you needed including dishwasher, cooking amenities, sauna and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and heating perfect. Checking in was easy with a door code and easy to follow home rules were made clear. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend.”

“The cabins are located some kilometers outside Kiruna,  on a beautiful and quiet landscape souranded by a frozen lake (and a few houses on the the other side of the lake) and trees and snow..
