We were very pleased with our stay and very happy with everything. The room was spacious and very clean and quiet. The service was great. We had dinner at the hotel one night and the food was very good. I was especially pleased that the menu had some excellent GF options. Overall this was a great experience at a great value and we were happy w everything.

My Personal Peace Palace in an Enormous Sea

I am a solo traveler exploring and finding Andorra was a bit overwhelming for me ...until I was greeted at Hote Carlemany by Eva and Franck at the front desk, and Neus at the free daily spa. They made me feel at home. My room on the river was divine. The healing waters flowing so potent. The location of this hotel was perfect for me up and away from the enormous crowds, yet a 3-minute walk to them. The thermal pool was relaxing. This was the absolute best find hotel for me there. In the 3-days, I walked and walked and walked - and I truly know I was in the best spot.

In general the hotel was fine although the breakfast opens from 8am which was late for me since I got the bus at 8. Also you need too book spa in advance, I stayed there for 1 night and during checkin I tried to book a slot and all were taken already

Bonjour à tous et à toutes notre petit week-end ma femme et moi dans l’ensemble nous avons été content sauf lorsque nous sommes partis j’ai oublié ma sacoche dans la chambre je me suis rendu compte en arrivant chez moi à Bordeaux alors j’ai pris mon téléphone et j’ai appelé l’hôtel pour savoir s’il est possible de me renvoyer ma sacoche bien sûr en payant tous les frais de ma poche mais on m’a dit non c’est à moi de gérer je vais dit OK j’y suis allé c’est dimanche le 17 novembre chercher ma sacoche voilà j’ai fait un aller retour de 4h du matin à 13h30 retour chez moi mais lorsque j’étais sur place j’ai constaté qu’on a fouillé dans Ma sacoche et en plus de ça on a pas remis tous les papiers à leur place je trouve ça un petit peu déplacé il y a un manquement dans le service client c’est un petit peu compliqué pour un hôtel de quatre étoiles alors que à Andorre il y a service de la poste très sécurisé voilà nous avons passé quelques séjour dans un autre hôtel qui s’appelle hôtel Magic ça nous est arrivé avoir oublié quelque chose et ça a été envoyé Chez nous Alors quand on a proposé de tout payer et l’hôtel il nous a rien fait payer voilà ceci dit merci pour les personnel de Service tout simplement mais pas pour la direction Me Ammari Mickael Cordialement

Hemos estado 4 personas alojadas un fin de semana usando dos habitaciones. El personal del hotel ha sido muy amable y profesional todo el tiempo. Tuvimos un problema con la calefacción la primera noche, nos dejaron una estufa de manera provisional y al día siguiente lo solucionaron. Las camas no eran cómodas, los colchones eran demasiado duros y no hemos podido descansar plenamente. Todo estaba muy limpio.
