The hotel areas are clean and modern. Our room was very run down, almost stuck in the 90s era with the decor. I try to pull out my charger from the socket and the whole socket came out the wall. Breakfast was lovely, staff really helpful. Great location I would just recommend updating the rooms.

We got one of the rooms on the lower floor and it was obviously poorer quality than the photos above. The room was a smokers-beige and looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 80s. When we walked into the bathroom, there was long hairs on the floor (we both have short hair) and the blanket they gave us was literally just a sheet. Warning: the car park is very very tiny and scraping your car is likely. The staff is nice and the pool and gym was fantastic

The rooms were clean and the staff on reception were friendly and attentive. The bar staff were rude and demanding and the food in the restaurant was poor. It is buffet style and I'm sure it would be nice if it were warm, but a lot of it was cold from being out too long without proper heat.

Lovely hotel with a great city view. Easy access to the center of town. Parking basement was challenging due to tight spaces. Breakfast lacked cereal options and cold milk, but all the meat, vegetables and eggs were delicious!

Perfect location. Reception staff is friendly and helpful. The place used by lots of groups. Reception area very noisy. At breakfast they run out of items all the time. Parking is problematic if you got a larger car or full size SUV I had a free rental upgrade. It’s very difficult to park, even the turns going down the floors need to reverse and back to take the turn. 6th floor not recommended as you hear the aico units below the windows on 5th floor. I was end of hallway next to housekeeping room. That got very noisy in the morning and wall vibrated with whatever they did regularly. The first day I checked pool, dry sauna and hot tub. Looked great. Next day I wanted to enjoy pool, as I got pool towels at reception they mention I might wait a little as a large group of kids. When I went later, unfortunate the pool water was murky that I didn’t want to go into it and only made use of dry sauna. I would probably stay another place next time.

Amazing Views and Amenities

Amazing views!! Lovely rooftop terrace with amazing views, lounge chairs, and a pool, hot tub, sauna, and workout area! Nice big breakfast! Only thing that could be better is the cleaning of the room (The bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well when I arrived), and some of the furniture could be updated. Other than that, it was wonderful!!!

Parking in the garage can be a challenge due to very varying sizes of the parking lots - it's quite narrow manuevering as well. Nice staff. Somewhat hard to get a good overview of the breakfast - there are many different serving stations. When making the reservation at Hotels.com we thought we were staying in a completely different hotel as the booking site showed pictures from another hotel in Andorra...

The hotel has a great location, just a 1 minute walk from the town center and main street and offers a very pleasant view. The leisure area also does its job. However, for a 4 star hotel, there are several points that need attention: The room feels a bit outdated and could use a renovation. In the bathroom, we noticed the absence of shampoo and conditioner, which are basic amenities expected at this category. The parking is paid, but highly disappointing. The spaces are extremely tight, with just a few centimeters of clearance from the pillars. The access ramp is spiral shaped, leaving drivers completely blind to oncoming vehicles. There is no staff coordinating the flow of cars in and out, and no signage indicating whether a car is coming down the ramp. On top of that, the parking organization is poor: small cars were occupying large spaces, while the smaller spots sat empty because larger cars couldn't fit. Another disappointing point: there are no bathrobes in the rooms. When heading to the rooftop pool, we were surprised to be charged $5 for a bathrobe, something completely unacceptable at a 4 star hotel. Bottom line: the location and the view save the experience, but the facilities and services need to improve to match the advertised category.

Filthy and dodgy hotel. Don't be fooled by photos and reception area. Rooms are very dirty and old. FAMILY & COUPLE don't book this, we booked double bed and got 2 single bed. Receptionist and manager too rude when we ask for change. Once you paid your money gone, they never gonna help. This is not 4 STAR hotel, just fooling people with photos. Highly recommend stay safe elsewhere than wasting your money here.

Le petite déjeuner est très complet. C'est un buffet il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts. La chambre est plutôt correcte, l'isolation y est par contre comme précisé dans plusieurs commentaires quasi inexistante, mais pour une nuit c'est tout à fait gérable. Attention au parking il est minuscule, nous avons pu nous y garer mais avec de très grandes précautions. Le plus pratique étant l'ascenseur qui vous emmène directement au centre ville. j'y reviendrai certainement pour une nuit mais pas plus.

Hotel dividido en dos, por un lado, accedes a recepción desde una carretera con mucho tráfico y poco espacio de maniobra. De ahí por un ascensor vas de la planta -3 a la recepción y de la 6 a la 10 y por otro ascensor de recepción bajas a la 5-4-3-2-1 y cero, salida a otra calle, centro de ciudad. Todo esto "muy bien explicado" por el pesonal de recepción, sin comentarios, todos los días te encontrabas a algún cliente perdido en los ascensores. Un lío. Y el parking merece capítulo aparte. Una ratonera en la que entrar y salir es una odisea, y ya no digamos aparcar, un terix. Si tienes el cuñado chapista, te aplaude con las orejas. Decisión personal, y ya había abonado los 4 dias de parking, fue al día siguiente reservar uno a doscientos metros, a pie de calle, cubierto, con buenos accesos y plazas razonables. Si no, me jugaba un golpe o roce cada vez que cogía el coche, y lo movía todos los días.. Eso no se puede vender como párking, no hay espacio ni rampa en condiciones para un coche "normal", como mucho para los más pequeños del mercado.
