The photos and rating do not do this property justice. Gorgeous room and hotel, food was delicious, staff were exceptional. Location is perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Esbjerg.

As we are both elderly we like a bit of service for the room. We were told by the receptionist that they are an environmental hotel so we do not clean or hand out towels. You can ask for towels when you think you need them. These are all 4 star hotels so I am disappointed that there is such a lack of service. The hotel is very centrally located so that is a plus but we would not stay there again.

Room fine. No air conditioning or fan. At times it was too noisy to leave window open and the room was hot. Not a bath as such ( too short) but it has the shower as it’s over the ‘ bath’. Breakfast is fine albeit a bit limited in my opinion. The only elevator is a bit temperamental. Nice enough hotel, just a few alterations would make it better in my opinion.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber, die Einrichtung und das Bett waren gut. Großer Fernseher, Klimaanlage und freies WLAN vorhanden. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Obwohl das Hotel zentral gelegen ist, war es in der Nacht relativ ruhig. Restaurants und Bars sind innerhalb weniger Minuten, zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr großes Zimmer, modern eingerichtet. Badezimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Badewanne zum Duschen etwas umständlich. Frühstück mit guter Auswahl. In der Nähe des Hotels direkt im Zentrum befindet sich eine Art Nachtclub/Disko, auf Grund unseres Besuchs am Wochenende war es sehr laut, selbst im 4. Stock. Aber das Hotel würde ich dennoch weiter empfehlen.

Det er et dejligt hotel med super gode træningsfaciliteter. Desværre er jeg, de gange jeg har været der, bleven super skuffet over maden. Derudover er der ikke finger at sætte på stedet.

Sløj morgenmadsbuffet. Fint værelse.

Værelset var ganske fint og fin udsigt. Men vi havde valgt hotellet fordi det vigtigste for os var morgenmad var inkluderet og at det var en god morgenmadsbuffet. Her blev vi dog meget skuffede. Der var ikke travlt, og alligevel møder vi lidt over 9 som det først en gæst der må bede om flere rundstykker forsi kurven var tom, derefter går vi til røræg, den var tom, pølserne var næsten tom og de der var tilbage var kolde. Blødkogte æg var næsten også tom. Juicen smagte sørgeligt, som vand med en lille bismag af æble. Det samme med ingefær shot, manglende smag. Da røræggene kom langt om længe til portion morgenmad nr. 2, blev vi heller ikke just imponeret over kvaliteten. Da den hjemmelavede nutella blev fyldt op, var den meget hård og kunne ikke smøres ud. Det virkede generelt til at være meget fesent og der var ikke overblik over genopfyldning. Når man ellers har så fin en restaurant og café (som vi ikke kunne nå at besøge), så kan man jo undre sig over så ringe en morgenmadsbuffet. Man kunne jo også få den tanke at cafeen og restauranten også lød bedre end tilfældet var, men det må man jo ikke håbe. Vi synes det var en ærgerlig afslutning på overnatningen, når hotellet ellers indbyder til mere kvalitet.
