“One would expect a chain hotel to meet certain standards. This was not the case at the Radisson Blu Kochin:
- the service at 2 of the restaurants was very slow and inefficient: it took them 20 mins to let us know that the wine we had ordered was not available and 20 more to actually bring the drinks, that came when we were almost done with the food. We also waited 25 mins for a burger to find out that the fries were cold.
- we had to ask 2 times to get toiletries in our bathroom”

“Overall a very well maintained and clean hotel. We ordered the room service chicken tikka pizza...wow excellent! The breakfast was tasty, I appreciated that the hotel rang us to remind us about the free breakfast. My one complaint is that the the hotel staff reminded us three time there would be a few if we created any stain on the sheets. No issue about the requirement just don't mention it three times during check in, we are the customers after all. Overall great place will stay again.”

It was absolutely amazing, with a sumptuous spread and a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this place.”
