It's summer and the hotel pool is closed at 7pm. The equipment in the gym is very poor, the buffet breakfast is mediocre at best. The staff are friendly, rooms clean and good size including good balcony however the hotel in general is looking tired.

Although large the hotel is comfortable, clean, well run and has excellent facilities. The staff are all very friendly and efficient. Food was presented and the type you expect from large hotel groups but was of good quality. Our stay was very enjoyable and we shall certainly return if visiting the area in the future.

There are not many hotels in Porto Heli. this one was very nice however it is extremely family focused! There were many kids at this hotel and the focus was on that…. Overall a good place to stay if you have kids. Not so great for a friends or couples trip.

The hotel was excellent & a great location. 2 small criticisms are that having elected to pay at the hotel, they have messaged me several times looking for payment. Secondly, we didn’t appreciate being awoken early to outrageously loud music from the kitchen of the pool cafe. Obviously their staff enjoyed it but sleeping guests did not.

Not a great property more of a conference facility 2 x swimming pools Beach facing across road but larger rocks at beach- not very well maintained so not the best if you like to swim in beach Reception staff - unfriendly even though we are fluent in Greek language Air conditioning not working even when we asked to change rooms, they said we will send our maintenance man to fix - came back from breakfast - fan blowing high but temp went up instead of down hotel room was 27.5C hotter than outside Breakfast was ok there was a simple buffet of different sorts prepared We spent 2 nights - 3 days Don’t spend your money - go elsewhere

The hotel was awesome, front desk was just pathetic asked questions in regards to ferries and they said IDK I speak and understand Greek too. I heard they will be renovating and re naming the hotel and they are making another one down the road. Hope they put better pp at the front desk. As for the rest of the staff, cleaning lady and staff in the breakfast area. Amazing !

Lovely seaview room also overlooked the large swimming pool. Excellent wifi. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. 10-15 minute walk into town with nearby restaurants. Onsite car park. Stone & pebble beach opposite the hotel has sun loungers to use but it’s not very clean & you need sea shoes!

Room was not clean (they just swept a little bit) and we had a number of mosquitos that we were killing throughout the day. We were asked to keep the pool / beach towels for two days!!! Which hotel asks their guests to air dry towels??? We had a 3 night stay but left after the first night. Will never recommend this hotel.
