Clean room, staff was good the kitchen was great to have. Only 2 things that were not good were the internet goes in and out, and the bed was very hard. Overall the room was great.

Staff was wonderful. Our room had a TV that didn’t work with any remote. Also behind the night stand to get to plugs for our devices was filthy. Looked at doing laundry but machines were dirty. Soap dispensers were packed with old soap and floor needed to be swept. After 2 night we moved to another room for TV that worked. This room had a broken holder for soap & shampoo in shower. Maintenance seems to be a major problem. Air conditioning went out in hallways & elevator.

Everything needed a very good cleaning. The floors seemed sticky…. Attention to detail would make a big difference. The recliner chair was broken when I arrived and although I was booked to stay for a week and called about the matter twice, it was never addressed. Staff was excellent though, did their personal best, and worked very hard. Laundry facilities were top notch. Parking was easy and free.

Paper towel holder was empty. My biggest issue was the lack of bath/swim towels. We did not have the ability of having clean towels during our visit. I feel there should be a better turn around time for laundry. We were I formed uninvited guests used all the towels. Other than that, it was a good stay. The room was great with all the amenities.

Place was very clean, name brand amenities, complimentary coffee and fruit, and dead stack in the middle of everything great about Erie. Never drove more than 10 minutes to anything we wanted to do or see.

My fav hotel in Erie for sure!! Great staff. My first room had a weird smell coming from the ac so they moved our room, no questions asked. Kids loved the pool.
