Handicapped room was very spacious and accessible. Staff was friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is the towels were very small, thin and scratchy.

Henry at the front desk was stellar throughout our stay. He was patient with all he has to deal with. The entire staff is so friendly. The hotel is dated and some things need to be upgraded but for the price it was a decent stay.

We stay here every time we come to Erie for the weekend. It’s located just 5 mns off of Peach street and right across the street from the casino. The breakfast in the morning is perfect and the staff have always been great too.

Check-in was quick and easy, and our king suite was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. Both the bedroom and living room had a nice television, which made the suite feel especially relaxing. The living room, bedroom, and bathroom were all exceptionally clean. The location is also perfect for a casino getaway—the casino is conveniently located right across the street. We always choose the Baymont when visiting Erie for a casino trip, and we continue to enjoy our stays. It is a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel that we would happily recommend.

The hotel is clean and quiet and overall pleasant. The breakfast is adequate and the beds are comfortable. However, the towels are atrocious: small and like sand paper! Also the shower curtain is way too short and water goes everywhere when showering. If they could fix those two things, it would greatly improve the experience
