Great stay

Really easy to find. Check in was very smooth. Parking garage is a tight squeeze, but very manageable for a experienced driver. Room was very clean and tidy. Checkout was just as smooth.

Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war gut organisiert. Unser Zimmer zum Hof klein, aber völlig ausreichend, sauber und sehr ruhig. Frühstück war sehr gut trotz das Hotel gut gebucht war. Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück und auch ausreichend, es wurde schnell immer nachgelegt! Empfehle ich gern weiter!

Wir waren das zweite Mal zu Gast - diesmal als Familie. Entsprechend haben wir ein Familienzimmer gewählt. Dieses hatte einen großen Schlafraum mit einem Doppelbett und einem Schlafsofa sowie einen weiteren kleinen Raum mit einem Einzelbett. Das Badezimmer war sehr geräumig, mit begehbarer Dusche. Das ganze Zimmer war sehr schön gestaltet und eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war umfangreich, lecker und alles sehr schön angerichtet. Süß fanden wir, dass unsere beiden Kinder eine eigene Zimmerkarte in Tier-Form bekommen haben. Darüber waren sie sehr stolz. Das Hotel liegt super zentral, nur wenige Meter von der Krämerbrücke entfernt. Dennoch ist es sehr ruhig. Parkmöglichkeiten bietet die kostenpflichtige Tiefgarage.

Der Aufenthalt war rundum ein first-class Erlebnis. Von der Freundlichkeit und unproblematischen Abwicklung am Empfang mit umwerfend herzlichen Angestellten über den Zuschnitt und die Sauberkeit der modernen großen Zimmer bis zum sehr guten Frühstücksbuffet und den überaus aufmerksamen und ebenfalls sehr herzlichen guten Geistern im Service war es ein Aufenthalt den wir nur empfehlen können.

Es war alles in Ordnung. Einzig, das Zimmer war sehr warm und das im Raum befindliche 'Lüfterchen' zu klein um irgendwie die Temperaturen zu senken...! Zu einer anderen Jahreszeit ist dieser Punkt bestimmt kein Problem.
