Lovely welcome, room adequate, no telly or wifi in room. It did feel 'out of season' and the menu reflected this as in not all available. Very quiet too which we liked. The surrounding area is very run down with a lot of rubbish laying around. The breakfast was lovely and generous. Murat particularly took excellent care of us but other staff lovely and helpful too. Visit Erdek its really worth it..lovely fishing town a km along the road.

Rooms were extremely dirty including walls and there was no lock both on balcony and main door. Had to exit and book another hotel nearby before the initial checkout. Had the worst experience ever. Think million times to book there!!

Anlayamadigim. Buzdolabı banyoda böyle birşey kabul edilemez. Her neyse 4 günlük tatilimiz kötü bir şekilde geçti. Bu kadar güzel bir lokasyonun böyle işletilmesi yazık.

İletişimsiz otel çalışanları

Rezervasyonumuza uygun bir oda tarafımıza verildi. Otopark sıkıntısı vs hiç yok. Her talep ettiğimizde odamız güzel bir şekilde temizlendi.Kahvaltısı da gayet lezzetli ve yeterliydi, bunlardan memnun kaldık. Ancak otel personelinin neredeyse tamamı asık suratlı ve asla iletişim kurmuyorlar.Bir kaşık istesek lütfeder gibi masaya bırakıp gittiler, ne günaydın ne afiyet olsun hiç iletişimleri yok. Sivrisinek bölgede ve odalarda çok fazla ancak otel sinek ilacımızı tedarik etti ve bitince hemen yenisi geldi.Fotoğraflarda göründüğü kadar harika olmayan ama kötü de olmayan bir deneyim oldu.

Gitmeden önce okuduğumuz yorumlarda,sineklerin çok olduğu,hizmetin ve yemeklerim yetersiz olduğu gibi yorumlara denk gelmiştik. Biraz tedirgin olarak gitmemize rağmen asla bu yorumlara katılmıyoruz. Evet sinek vardı ancak otele özel değil, çevrenin genel sorunu idi. Ayrıca bunun için hem kovucu sprey hem de vücut spreyi bulunuyordu. Kahvaltı taze ve çeşitliydi. Akşam yemeği ise oldukça lezzetli ve hızlı bir servis deneyimi yaşattı. Denizi tertemiz ve rüzgara rağmen çarşaf gibi,çalışanlar ilgili,kimse kimseyi rahatsız etmiyor. Çocuklu misafirler için biçilmiş kaftan. Tek bir eksisi vardı bizim için,loca fiyatı ve hizmeti. Bodrum,çeşme gibi popüler yerlerin fiyatını uygulayıp karşılıksız bir hizmet vaadi dolayısıyla bunu eleştiriyoruz. Onun dışında kalan her şeyden çok memnunduk. Genel olarak istanbul’a yakınlığı ve geri kalan pozitif özellikleriyle güzel vakit geçirerek ayrılmamızı sağladı.

Tatilimizi cok keyifli gecirdik, konum cok güzel, ahsap odalar cok tatlı dösenmis ve cok modern görünüyordu. Denize sıfır, denizin dibi kum, su sıcaklıgı Temmuzda harikaydı. Sıg ve temiz bir denizi var, konaklayan misafirler icin güzel locaları var. Cıtır tavuk patatesi harika. Kahvaltı menüsü beklentimizin cok üzerinde cesitli ve güzeldi. Tek elestirim müzik sesinin gündüz ve gece de fazla yuksek olmasıydı. Eger sessiz sakin bir tatil arayısındaysanız biraz rahatsız edebilir. Bunun dısında harika bir tatil gecirdik. Es waren alle sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand hat eine super Ambiente und ist wirklich sehr sauber. Uns hat vor allen gefallen das ein Parkplatz vorhanden ist.

Otelde hizmet çok kötüydü. Giriş esnasında çok bekletildik. Çıkış işlemi içinde bekletildik. Çıkışı saat 11.00 da yapmamızı istediler. İşimizden dolayı 12.30 da çıkmayı rica ettik ve inanılmaz anlayışsız davranarak kabul ettiler. Tam 12:30 da hem whatsapp üzerinden mesaj atıp aynı zamandada aradılar. Hizmet gerçekten çok çok kötüydü. Odada buzdolabı çalışmıyordu, içinde sadece su vardı. Kahve çay kettle bile yoktu. Odaya kahve servisi bile yok. O parayı asla hak etmiyor.
