“El chico que te recibe y abre el elevador es un adorado, todo el tiempo sonriendo y corriendo para abrir el elevador, como primera cara del hotel es bonito ver a alguien que te reciba tan bien. En recepcion los chicos también súper atentos y amables, dispuestos a hidratar e informar en todo! La habitación súper limpia y cómoda. La vista d elanpisona es increíble, buenas bebidas. El único detalle que a alguien le podría molestar es que se escuchaba mucho la TV de la habitación de un lado, no se...

“Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and decorated tastefully in heritage style. The breakfast & dinner buffet at Pepper was super delicious. The location is a little remote, however great to explore the old town of Cochin but far away from beaches to swimming. ”

We mentioned we had been traveling most of the day and had not had an opportunity to have dinner; they provided a complimentary snack that was much appreciated. The room was comfortable and had all we needed. It’s also in a great location. We also requested assistance with booking a taxi and they recommended a very reliable and safe driver.”

“Das Hotel ist trotz seiner Jahre in gutem Zustand. Ich freut mich immer über den Pool und auch die Zimmer sind ansprechend und gut gepflegt. Fehlendes Duschgel und Shampoo in der schon Umkleide wären ein kleiner Hinweis.”
