Heating doesn’t work

Stayed for 4 nights and heating stopped working the second night complained about it and they came to check again in night time it stopped working with temperature in minus I had to sleep 3 days without heating.

Séjour dans la nuit du 17 au 18 juin. J'avais appelé l'hôtel avant de réserver et l'on m'avait indiqué qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre disponible. En passant par un site de réservation, j'ai pourtant pu réserver sans difficulté. À mon arrivée, le réceptionniste s'est montré particulièrement désagréable. Juste avant moi, il s'est emporté contre un client en pensant qu'il s'agissait de la personne avec laquelle il s'était disputé au téléphone... avant de se rendre compte qu'il s'était trompé. Au vu de son comportement avec plusieurs clients à la suite, il serait souhaitable de revoir l'accueil et la relation client, car cela nuit clairement à l'image de l'hôtel. L'extérieur n'est pas plus accueillant : aucune poubelle à proximité, il faut aller jeter ses déchets dans un grand conteneur qui dégage de fortes odeurs. Avec la saleté au sol, cela donne une impression d'abandon dès l'entrée. Concernant la chambre, elle était globalement confortable, mais quelques points sont à revoir : une serviette était posée directement sur les toilettes, ce qui n'est pas très hygiénique. La douche est également beaucoup trop exiguë et le rideau de douche vient constamment coller à la peau, ce qui est particulièrement désagréable. Malgré ces points négatifs, je retiens tout de même quelques aspects positifs : la literie est confortable (matelas et oreillers) et la climatisation est appréciable.

Un peu chaud et impossible à régler le chauffage, peu de restauration autour si nous ne voulons pas reprendre la voiture. Heureusement possibilité de se faire livrer, nous avons trouver un petit resto thaï qui nous a livrer à l’hôtel et le top. Pour une nuit c’est ok
