A Specious Room and Nice Hotel Staff

Because I booked a twin room, I thought it would include 2 single size beds. To my surprise, we got a large room with 2 double size beds. : ) On the other hand, we didn't know Uber wasn't common in Epinal. When we worried how to get to our client's office and BSL Airport, thank the hotel staff so much for helping us call taxis. And a lady at the reception desk (in the morning of 26 May) was so nice. We asked about laundry service. Even though the hotel didn't served it, she was kind and found a laundry store nearby for us.

Faute de mieux

Je n'étais pas revenu depuis que le Kyriad est devenu Campanile. Rien a changé. Les mêmes déconvenues... Je ne venais plus à cette adresse car par 4 fois, j'avais eu une chambre où la télé ne fonctionnait pas. Voyant que l'enseigne avait changé, j'ai refait une tentative (les autres hôtels étant pleins) et bingo ! Encore une fois, chambre avec télé HS. Malchance ? En tout cas ce qui est regrettable, c'est que ni à l'époque du Kyriad, ni maintenant je n'ai eu des excuses. Je ne demande même pas un geste commercial mais quand même, un petit mot aurait été appréciable. Toujours la même réponse à l'accueil où je ne peux pas blâmer les réceptionnistes : le technicien est prévenu, l'hôtel est complet on ne peut pas vous donner d'autre chambre... Et toujours la même odeur de détergeant dans les chambres qui prend à la gorge. Dommage car bien situé en face de la gare. Je ne sais pas si je suis le seul à qui cette récurrence de "malchance" arrive mais après une journée de travail, un film à la télé ça peut détendre. Surtout qu'il n'y a pas grand chose à faire le soir à Epinal.
