A relatively new hotel that was plain, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Centrally located, it is off the main tourist path, with restaurants and services nearby, it is an exceptional value. We have payed a lot more for a lot less in other places. We will be returning as a base for more exploring eastern Washington.

Super clean and safe new property. Nice addition to the Ephrata area. Solid fitness center, though you need to bring a towel from your room to wipe off equipment. Water would be welcome at breakfast.

Hotel is new and clean, I like it! But one thing I do not like: The fan is very loud and cannot be turned off. It was very hard to sleep because of that sound. Breakfast was yami. Staffs are very friendly

The hotel overall was very good. It is very new and rooms were super clean. Staff were very cordial, responsive and helpful. For example, I needed a pressing iron and they provided it for me. The improvement areas are the breakfast. some items were very salty. They should improve protein variety for the breakfast

The property is clean and in an easy to get to location. The breakfast was typical hotel fare, nothing great. The staff were very friendly. The builders made a few unwise decisions in the finishing touches...our toilet paper holder fell off the wall the first time we used it and pulled a patch of paint off too. It was only stuck on with a sticky pad. A mild inconvenience, lol. We heard others talking in the breakfast room of similar incidents, including shower curtain rods falling. We found the room to be quiet, clean, and comfortable. we would stay here again!

Would have given it a five-star but this is a brand new hotel so they're still working out the Kinks they're still waiting on an elevator inspection so if you're above the first floor you have to take the stairs however the staff is more than willing to help you carry anything you need up to your room I expect that in the near future everything will be fully up and running and I would definitely give it a five star the staff was very friendly and helpful the food in the morning was great that you're comfortable and everything was very clean and tidy
