The location is great and has easy access to the mall,botanical gardens and Lake Victoria. The menu is varied and caters for both local and European food. The front desk staff are very helpful and some like Judith and Heidi,were especially friendly and helpful in sorting out any transport or room issues.I was even provided a complimentary foot massage by the in-house Linora salon and spa ,whose staff additionally provided great pedocures and manicures. I would certainly return if back in Entebbe.

Excellent hotel. Staff is great. The rooms are really nice especially the corner suites. The rooftop restaurant food is great. Don’t miss the Indian dishes. Convenient to the airport with a wonderful view of Lake Victoria.

Recommend This One!

Excellent choice for those looking for accommodations close to the airport. Good location with easy access to the main shopping malls. The rooftop has evening events. Check in/out was smooth.

This property is located within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, lake Victoria The only problem is with music being very loud on the roof top at night . Saturday it ended at 3:30 am. It is also loud during the day too.

Second stay there, everything was perfect again. Beautiful large rooms with an outstanding view of lake Victoria. Room was very clean with a well stocked minibar. Eating and drinking at the rooftop is very cozy, African food was very good, Western food was below average. Transfers from the airport and to Kampala were very good and safe with a very friendly driver. Staff overall was very friendly and helpful all the time. Close to the mall (5 min walk, safe during daytime) and the botanic garden. If you don’t need a big pool this hotel is the best option in Entebbe!

Staf in general is 5 stars, no exceptions! Dorothy is very attentive and assures one feels more than welcome, always a smile and a chat. Rooms are great, do consider the lake side for beautiful sunrises. Dining is an experience on its own, worth your while to enjoy, especially Friday nights with Mongolian Night. The rooftop bar lets you chill and relax, kick back and just be. I stayed for a week, going back in a couple of weeks to again stay here for 10 days.

The place is in an exact centre spot for all a amenities. I stayed in Room 308 witch has sunshine early morning until noon with great views of Victoria lake and beyond .There are numerous households below and it was lovely sitting on the balcony in the morning with the sunrise watching the good folk go about doing their chores and day to days. Great watching the boda guys picking up the locals on their boxer type motorcycles as they made the way to work. The breakfast was classy and a great choice every morning (but charged for bottled water at breakfast BOOOOOOO)..The staff was incredibly friendly and the place was tip top clean ..All in all a lovely lovely place.

Unfortunately upon arrival for our stay after a long and hot journey we were informed another guest had extended their stay and they did not have a room for us. We had little option but to accept alternative accommodation for the night in another hotel of much poorer standard. The meal we had in this alternative hotel was also poorly seasoned and lacked flavour. This also caused difficulties for our plans the next day. The K Hotel itself was nice and clean. The rooms were immaculate every day with thorough cleaning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Although service inconsistent some morning you could not finish breakfast without plates or half cups of drink being cleared away meanwhile in the evenings you might be kept waiting to pay a bill. They were good at helping to move bags and ensuring comfort whilst waiting at reception. Overall recommend this hotel.
