The reason I am giving a two star is because the jacuzzi tub in our room was disgustingly dirty, it had hairs and dirt, at first glance you can’t see it but once we fill it out you could see it all. The love couch had suspicious stains, we had to ask for disinfectant wipes but I the end we didn’t use it, the swing also had a lot of stains and we could t disinfect it because the fabric was cloth. The bed is super rigid. It was very cold but the staff was able to provide us with an extra blanket

this place was horrible. unclean, furniture was dirty, falling apart, smelled like sewer. unclean spa and pool.

This wasn't what I expected, and I can not necessarily fault the listing for it, but this seems to be a limited stay location, not one for a vacation. Alot of the services are ala carte!

The room was definitely a nice vibe, however the water from the showers don’t work. It’s either super hot or super cold and for hot it only last like 2 mins. The WiFi didn’t work, I wasn’t able to turn on the tvs. I called them to get help and someone came and after maybe about 20 min he said he wasn’t sure why it wasn’t working and that they would check in later, never did. I also think I left my ID in the room after check out so I called them and they seemed to not care to check they told me to message their whatsapp number which I did and no one ever responded.
