Great place, great location. Clean and nice. Bed was firm but I slept good. Breakfast buffet was expensive and not impressive, should have just ordered off the menu. But a lot food options outside. I would stay here again.

Everything was great, location, courteous & friendly staff, and secure parking, The room and bathroom were well stocked. Unfortunately, I found a couple of hairs on a pillow when I got into bed. We checked in very late at night and were exhausted so I didn’t bring it up to management.

Love this place is right in the heart of downtown, a lot of places to eat and drink, my room was a little small for my like so they were very nice to change my room to a doble bed, more space and roomy I did pay extra but for my comfort I did not care, everyone was so pleasant and helpful, definitely coming back,

I appreciate the people at this hotel. They were so helpful and the person who checked me in was very accommodating to me and my family especially since my mom is handicap because she cannot go upstairs. They were able to find us a room on the first floor and thank you to Hector the gentleman who helped bring our bags to the room and everything literally super helpful. Thank you so much. Every time I come to Ensenada I am going to stay at this hotel
