I booked through Expedia the room I booked looked nothing like the one I ended up getting. I talked to the guy at the front desk he didn’t care when I mentioned it. The pool water is freezing cold. The spa to enjoy the indoor small pool is so expensive $90 per day. Food at the restaurant extremely expensive and they charge you tip without even asking you. I will never stay here again overly priced and not worth going through the dirt road that has potholes everywhere. Stay away from this place

One of the best places to go from Southern California if you want to chill and relax. Everyone is very helpful and the hospitality is much better than in the US. Everyone is very polite and we always have a great time there.

This property is beautiful. Nice aesthetics. The reason for my tatting was low is bc disappointed at the customer service. I would love to do 4. But customer service was poor. I asked for towels they were never brought to me. I asked for cleaning service and they never cleaned.i was never greeters, during check out they did not care to ask how my stay was. I did not feel welcome. I'm on vacation I want to feel at ease and welcomed .

They closed the restaurant early because of the rain. Also the sushi bar closed early because they ran out of things. Had to call room service and beg for food before they actually told me they closed early without any warning. Just seemed like they wanted to close early. Sucked.

The room looks dirty, looks like it has not been cleaned. There was only one towel in the room and it had stains on it. No wash cloths. Bathroom sink was really nasty with toothpaste stains. Shower had water all around and we had not used it yet. Toilet was dirty with poop around the tub. Charged a deposit for using fridge. Bed spread had stains. And blankets need to be replaced. Futon was dirty with lots of stains. First time staying there and it will be the last. Not like the pictures.
